What are they?
The most well-known of our fire extinguishers because of its simple water content the 9 litre water is standard and suitable for use on fires.involving solid fuels such as wood, cloth, paper, plastics and coal. They have the genuine full BSi kitemark to BS EN3, BAFE certification and the CE Mark (legal requirement under Pressure Equipment Directive – PED) and our prices are more competitive than most traditional suppliers.
What are they suitable for?
They are suitable for Class A fires involving wood, paper, material, cloth etc.but should never be used on burning fat or electrical equipment. We would therefore recommend that a CO2 fire extinguisher accompanies the water extinguisher.
What do they look like?
They are coded red but there is also a polished aluminium and a chrome version of the water extinguisher that looks good in a special setting!

What are they?
They are like the conventional water described above but have an additive added which makes the spray more effective and also the innovative nozzle ensures wide and accurate delivery of extinguishing fluid. It has the advantage that if accidentally sprayed on an electrical item, you’ll be safe as the nozzle has passed the 35V conductivity test. In addition it weighs a third less than the normal water extinguisher for the equivalent power (i.e. the 3 litre has the same rating as a conventional 9 litre water and yet weighs just 5.5kg).

How about fixing?
Each fire extinguisher is boxed and supplied with a wall mounting bracket but we can also supply coloured or chrome extinguisher stands An extinguisher sign should be fitted above the water fire extinguisher.
